Do I need to pay a deposit?

Most hire agreements don’t require a deposit, though we may ask for one on higher-value equipment. We’ll discuss all terms clearly before you commit to anything.

What happens if the equipment breaks down?

We’ll repair or replace the equipment at no extra cost to you. Simply give us a call and we’ll arrange to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Normal wear and tear is fully covered.

Can I extend my hire period?

Yes, you can extend your hire for as long as you need, subject to availability. Just let us know before your current hire period ends and we’ll arrange the extension.

Can I buy the equipment I’m hiring?

In many cases, yes. If you decide you’d like to keep the equipment, we can discuss a purchase price. We may be able to offset some of your hire payments against the purchase price.
