What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Norfolk and Suffolk from our base in Diss. This includes Norwich, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Thetford, Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and all surrounding towns and villages.

Can I try equipment during the assessment?
For some equipment like mobility scooters and powerchairs, we can bring demonstration models for you to try. For larger items like rise and recline chairs and stairlifts, we will invite you to visit our Diss showroom to try before you buy.
